The Maturity Assessment Profile (MAP) is the the most robustly researched and validated instrument for measuring vertical development in leaders.
Vertical development is different from “horizontal” growth. Horizontal development is defined as acquiring experience and knowledge, as well as new skills and competencies. While important, horizontal development does not lead to new ways of interpreting oneself and the world, or transform one’s ability to take perspectives. Vertical development fosters the growth of new perspectives and a greater ability to handle difficult problems. In today’s increasingly complex work and life contexts, vertical development becomes essential. And today, fortunately, we can measure how an individual grows through these stages of maturity.
The MAP Experience includes:
Single MAP assessment for each individual (1-hour to complete)
MAP Report with a detailed, in-depth multi-page personalized commentary
Full report: 800 words
Brief report: 400 words
1-hour debrief of the profile with a Certified Leadership Maturity Coach (LMC)
Recommendations for further growth

REFUNDS
Should it be necessary for you to request a refund for any of our online training programs or services, our refund policy is as follows:
Refunds will be provided up to 7 days prior to the start date of the program
Refunds are subject to a processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 CAD (these are non-refundable fees charged by our payment processor)
